One of the key truths iv been sitting on even the last few years is “less is more” and “slow down in order to go fast”.
We need to learn to set our mind and affection on things above and think on what is true, noble, praiseworthy, pure….etc (Col 3, Phil 4)…
Our mind and the meditations of our heart are the gateway of personal growth and transformation. What we behold we become.
The scriptures teach that transformation happens by the work of the Holy Spirit as we renew our mind according to the truth of the word, ways, and nature of God (Rom 12).
The practical counterpart to the supernatural work of God operating in our hearts...
Part of alignment and bringing greater order in life and fueling wellbeing has to do with confrontation and healthy conversations......
Most people try to avoid confrontation...
or they always seem to be confrontational and don't know how to have a healthy conversation.
The HOW we do something matters.....
1. Identifying the precise situation that's causing you tension, and understanding what's happening.
Before we can talk about how to change a situation, we need to know why the situation is there.
2. Being clear on your needs.
What, ultimately, do you want to happen? (Notice that this isn't about what you don't want.)
3. Preparing or improving your communication skills.
Asking for exactly what you need and want will mean being assertive. It means:

When your in pursuit of a goal or dream many have said, "it's lonely at the top"......But I don't believe that to be true if you live and build your life and business the right way!
"It's not good for man to be alone" the good Lord said...and this was not in reference only to marriage...but in all things.
So many people are caught in a "dog eat dog world" where people are ruthless in seeking their own ambitions to climb their ladder of success.
This is a broken system that needs to be forsaken.
There is a better way!
Brotherly/ friendly competition is good and how we all can challenge each other to perform and live at the top of our "game", but how we really win and therefore all win is through collaboration and in serving each other.
We find a fullness in life when we are giving our lives away in service to others and to a cause that is greater than ourselves. To be self serving alone is destructive, isolating, and does lead to being...
When we have certain successes or have reached a certain level of growth or achievement or made any measure of progress, it's easy to settle down and become content and camp out around how far we've come and fail to see that there is more to go!
Yes, we need to celebrate every win and learn to enjoy the journey, but in the same breadth we need to set our eyes to the higher places and Keep Climbing!
Yes, take a breath, look back, and enjoy how far you have come but do not stay there...
In life, relationships, personal growth, business, ministry...etc mediocrity and comfortability is the enemy to your potential, growth, and ultimate joy.
We have to hold to the things that got us to where we are if were to keep growing.
Keep embracing your challenge where you are!
